hi,
I have downloaded the movie , yet when I try to play it with “Quick Time” I get an error that says that I don’t have the required compressor, what should I do?

Miki: Perhaps you need to upgrade to the latest version of QuickTime. I am on version 7.4.1.

Thank you.
But, if you talk about more installing error issue, it will help me to resolve more issues during my installing. During my installing, it has two errors occurred, so it really makes me down.

Jan: You’re welcome. If you’re having a problem with the install the best place to get help is the community forum over on Drupal.org. Rob

Hi Rob,
I’m a newby to Drupal, and needing to build a website using it. My nephew has taken care of hosting etc, but I need to figure a simple way of adding menus, content etc. I noticed your video on the latest aspects of Drupal 6. I’m wondering whether you’ve done anything similar that gives a simple “how to” guide re building my first Drupal website? And/or are you aware of any other similar videos or guides?
Thanks for your time,
Virginia

Virginia: I have recently started a new site that includes a lot more information on Drupal 6. You can find that at http://learnbythedrop.com . There are a few videos there on the basics. There is a lot more to come but nothing like a ’step-by-step’ yet. Still the info I’m posting there is geared toward new users. So I hope that helps you.

Rob,
Enjoyed your overview of Drupal 6. Very good review. However, for someone just coming on board with Drupal, there is a huge void on how to use the platform. To compound it there are no tutorials on how to build a site with Drupal using D6 (or its latest version D 6.9) Any suggestions?

I suggest my Getting Started With Drupal video series which can be found at http://learnbythedrop.com/gettingstarted.

Could you tell me how to embed a video in drupal with the same player that you are using above? What module do you use? thanks
Robert Safuto | Apr 14, 2009 | Reply
That’s the Blip.tv player. I don’t use a special module. I just enter the embed code with the input format set to Full HTML.
